II. Mobile Service Area & On-Site Work
SCV Garage Professionals is a mobile service provider serving Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas. We do not operate as a public showroom or walk-in retail location.
Estimates, consultations, and installations are performed at the customer’s property or project location. Service availability may depend on project location, scheduling, access, jobsite conditions, and whether the requested work falls within our service area.
Our website may reference areas we commonly serve, but service is not guaranteed in every location and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.
III. Photos, Colors & Visual Appearance
Photos, samples, colors, textures, flake blends, metallic finishes, cabinet finishes, and coating appearances shown online may vary from actual installed results.
Variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, material batches, concrete conditions, jobsite conditions, installation methods, UV exposure, age, maintenance, and normal use.
Online photos and samples are intended to show general appearance only and are not a guarantee of exact color, texture, gloss, sheen, pattern, or finish match.
IV. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, photos, videos, icons, designs, branding, page layouts, and written materials, is the property of SCV Garage Professionals or used with permission.

V. Estimates & Project Conditions
Estimates are based on the visible conditions present at the time of inspection. Final scope, pricing, materials, and scheduling may change if hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered before or during the project.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered, revised pricing, schedule changes, additional work, or changes to the project scope may be required.
VI. Concrete Surface & Appearance Expectations
SCV Garage Professionals coats the concrete surface provided. Existing concrete may contain imperfections, cracks, low spots, high spots, stains, repairs, texture differences, moisture conditions, or uneven areas.
Unless specific leveling, resurfacing, or repair work is included in writing, coatings are not intended to make an existing slab perfectly flat, level, smooth, or uniform.
Gloss finishes, decorative flakes, metallic coatings, lighting, and viewing angles may make existing slab conditions more noticeable. Minor color, texture, sheen, flake distribution, metallic movement, and finish variations are normal and are not considered defects.
VII. Installation & Site Readiness
Customers are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the project area before installation begins. This may include removing vehicles, stored items, personal belongings, fragile items, wall-mounted items, and anything that may block access to the work area.
Customers are also responsible for securing pets and children, providing reasonable access to power and water when needed, and keeping the jobsite accessible for scheduled work.
SCV Garage Professionals is not responsible for damage to items left in or near the work area when the customer was asked to remove them.
Coated surfaces may be slippery when wet. Customers are responsible for following all care, maintenance, safety, and cure-time instructions provided by SCV Garage Professionals.
Using the floor before the recommended cure time may affect performance and may void applicable warranty coverage.
VIII. Scheduling, Payments & Refunds
Project timelines and completion dates are estimates. SCV Garage Professionals is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, supplier delays, hidden jobsite conditions, customer delays, access issues, trade delays, or conditions outside our control.
A 50% deposit may be required to schedule work, reserve installation time, or order materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling time is reserved, materials are ordered, custom products are prepared, or project planning has begun.
Custom materials, special orders, completed work, and installed products are non-refundable.
Final payment must be made in full before final project handoff.
IX. Customer Changes, Cancellations & Access Delays
Customer-requested changes may affect pricing, materials, installation time, scheduling, and project completion dates.
If a customer cancels, postpones, or delays a scheduled project after materials have been ordered or installation time has been reserved, deposit amounts may be applied toward reserved time, materials, restocking fees, administrative time, or other project-related costs.
If the jobsite is not ready, accessible, or safe on the scheduled installation date, additional fees or schedule changes may apply.
X. Third-Party Work & Trusted Referrals
SCV Garage Professionals may refer customers to independent local professionals for related work such as electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, garage door service, junk removal, organizing, or other services we do not perform in-house.
These businesses are independently owned and operated. SCV Garage Professionals does not manage, control, supervise, warranty, or receive compensation for third-party services unless specifically stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing, approving, hiring, scheduling, and paying any third-party provider directly.
SCV Garage Professionals is not responsible for third-party work, pricing, scheduling, communication, damages, delays, errors, omissions, or service outcomes.
XI. Links to Other Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites, manufacturers, suppliers, social media pages, referral partners, or outside resources.

Customers are responsible for following all care, maintenance, cleaning, use, and cure-time instructions provided by SCV Garage Professionals.
Failure to follow recommended care and maintenance instructions may affect coating performance, product lifespan, and warranty coverage.
XIII. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, SCV Garage Professionals’ liability for any claim related to services, materials, installation, website use, project work, repair work, or products provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
SCV Garage Professionals is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost income, lost profits, business interruption, moving costs, storage costs, personal injury, damage to personal belongings, or work performed by third parties.
