✅ What’s Covered
- Defects in Materials: All products we install — from premium epoxy resins to heavy-duty cabinet hardware — are covered against defects that would compromise performance.
- Defects in Workmanship: If an installation issue causes peeling, delamination, structural failure, or improper fit, we’ll repair or replace it.
- Services Included: Applies to epoxy floors, metallic lava flow floors, custom garage cabinets, overhead storage racks, and outdoor concrete coatings.
- Length of Coverage: Protection lasts for 15 years from the date of installation under normal residential use.
- Peace of Mind: If you sell your home, coverage transfers to the new homeowner for 1 year, giving your investment lasting value.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered
- Acts of Nature: Damage caused by events beyond our control, including fire, flood, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, or other natural disasters.
- Improper Use or Alteration: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, corrosion, chemical exposure, or modifications made after installation.
- Cosmetic or Non-Structural Issues: Scratches, chips, dings, dents, or surface cracks that are purely cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrity or functional performance of the product.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected changes over time such as tire marks, fading from sunlight, scuffs, surface dulling, or minor surface imperfections caused by regular use.
- Concrete Movement & Moisture: Concrete shifting, settlement, or moisture vapor transmission (natural slab conditions) are not covered. Warranty applies only where vapor pressure is within acceptable limits (up to 15 psi).
🔄 Transfer of Ownership
- Our warranty applies to the original purchaser.
If the property is sold, coverage may be transferred to the new homeowner for one (1) year from the date of transfer.
