Our qualifying residential garage floor coatings are covered by a 15-Year Limited Warranty against peeling, bubbling, delamination, coating adhesion failure, and hot-tire pickup caused by qualifying material or installation-related issues.

A lasting floor starts with proper prep. That is why we mechanically prepare the concrete, address problem areas when needed, and install the coating system the right way.

This warranty applies to qualifying residential garage floor coating projects up to 5,000 sq. ft.

Qualifying residential coatings are covered against staining from incidental spills of common automotive fluids, including motor oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, and diesel fuel, when spills are wiped up within 20 minutes.

Residential garage cabinets installed by SCV Garage Professionals are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential garage use.

Covered issues may include cabinet panel defects, structural cabinet failure, faulty hinges or drawer slides, hardware issues, and installation-related workmanship concerns.

This warranty does not cover overloading, misuse, impact damage, water exposure, excessive humidity, chemical exposure, direct sun exposure, modifications by others, relocation by others, or normal cosmetic wear.

Overhead garage storage racks installed by SCV Garage Professionals are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying material defects and installation workmanship issues under normal residential garage use.

Racks must be used within the manufacturer’s stated load limits. Proper loading matters. Weight should be balanced and evenly distributed.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by exceeding weight limits, uneven loading, climbing or hanging on racks, misuse, impact, ceiling or building structure failure, corrosion, modifications by others, relocation by others, or normal cosmetic wear.

Qualifying commercial, industrial, and exterior coating projects are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against peeling, delamination from the concrete substrate, and coating adhesion failure caused by qualifying material or application-related issues.

Commercial and exterior surfaces face more traffic, cleaning, equipment, weather, sunlight, moisture, and daily use than typical residential garages. The right system depends on the surface, conditions, and how the space is used.

This warranty applies to qualifying coating projects up to 5,000 sq. ft.

This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by conditions outside the control of SCV Garage Professionals, including:

Normal wear and tear
Improper maintenance
Failure to follow care instructions
Misuse, abuse, impact, or accidents
Repairs, modifications, or relocation by others
Concrete cracking, slab movement, settling, or structural failure
Defective concrete or pre-existing slab conditions
Hydrostatic pressure or excessive moisture vapor transmission
Hidden or latent concrete conditions
Water intrusion, flooding, fire, extreme temperatures, or natural disasters
Battery acid, brake fluid, harsh solvents, caustic chemicals, or industrial fluids
Welding burns, gouging, scraping, dragging sharp objects, or improper use
UV fading, yellowing, or environmental discoloration unless specifically covered in writing

Color, texture, gloss, flake distribution, metallic movement, aggregate exposure, cabinet finish, and overall appearance may vary due to concrete conditions, lighting, material batches, installation conditions, UV exposure, normal use, age, maintenance, and discontinued materials.

If an approved repair or replacement is needed, SCV Garage Professionals will provide the closest reasonably available color, finish, part, or material at the time of the claim. Exact matching is not guaranteed.

SCV Garage Professionals may inspect the project before approving any warranty repair or replacement.

Warranty repairs or replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period. The original warranty period remains based on the date of substantial completion.
