This Limited Warranty applies to qualifying projects installed by SCV Garage Professionals, including residential garage floor coatings, residential storage cabinets, overhead storage racks, commercial floor coatings, industrial floor coatings, and exterior coating projects.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by SCV Garage Professionals. Warranty periods begin on the date of substantial completion.

Residential Garage Floor Coatings
15-Year Limited Residential Coating Warranty
Qualifying residential garage floor coatings installed by SCV Garage Professionals are warranted for fifteen (15) years against:
This warranty applies to residential garage floor coating projects up to a maximum of 5,000 square feet.
Stain Resistance
Qualifying residential garage floor coatings are warranted against staining from incidental spills of common automotive fluids, including:
Spills must be wiped up promptly, within twenty (20) minutes of the spill, to qualify for stain-resistance coverage.
Non-Prorated Coverage
This residential garage floor coating warranty is non-prorated, meaning the stated coverage does not decrease in value during the warranty period.
Residential Storage Cabinets
10-Year Limited Cabinet Warranty
Residential garage storage cabinets installed by SCV Garage Professionals are warranted for ten (10) years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential garage use.
Covered cabinet issues may include:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading, misuse, abuse, impact, water exposure, excessive humidity, chemical exposure, direct sun exposure, modifications by others, relocation by others, or normal cosmetic wear.
Residential Overhead Storage Racks
10-Year Limited Overhead Rack Warranty
Overhead storage racks installed by SCV Garage Professionals are warranted for ten (10) years against defects in materials and installation workmanship under normal residential garage use.

This warranty applies only when racks are used within the manufacturer’s stated load limits.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by exceeding weight limits, uneven loading, improper loading, climbing or hanging on racks, misuse, impact, building or ceiling structure failure, moisture exposure, corrosion, modifications by others, relocation by others, or normal cosmetic wear.
Commercial, Industrial & Exterior Coatings
5-Year Limited Coating Warranty
Qualifying commercial, industrial, and exterior coating projects installed by SCV Garage Professionals are warranted for five (5) years against:
This warranty applies to qualifying coating projects up to a maximum of 5,000 square feet, including:
Commercial, industrial, and exterior projects may be exposed to heavier use, UV exposure, weather, abrasion, chemicals, moisture, equipment traffic, and frequent cleaning. Coverage is limited to qualifying coating failure caused by material or application-related defects and does not cover damage caused by outside conditions, improper use, excessive wear, or environmental exposure.
Stain Resistance
Qualifying commercial, industrial, and exterior coatings are warranted against staining from incidental spills of common automotive fluids, including motor oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, and diesel fuel, provided spills are wiped up within twenty (20) minutes of the spill.
Repair Labor for Approved Warranty Claims
If a warranty repair is approved, SCV Garage Professionals will include the labor needed to repair or replace the approved defective area, material, part, or component for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion.
After the first year, approved warranty coverage may be limited to qualifying materials only, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by SCV Garage Professionals.
SCV Garage Professionals’ sole obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be repair, replacement, or reinstallation, at SCV Garage Professionals’ option, of the qualifying defective area, material, part, or component.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, discoloration, staining, peeling, delamination, or other issues caused by conditions outside the control of SCV Garage Professionals, including but not limited to:
Color, Finish & Appearance
Color, texture, gloss, flake distribution, metallic movement, aggregate exposure, cabinet finish, and overall appearance may vary due to concrete conditions, lighting, material batches, installation conditions, UV exposure, normal use, age, maintenance, and discontinued materials.
If repair or replacement is approved, SCV Garage Professionals will provide the closest reasonably available color, finish, part, or material at the time of the claim. Exact color, texture, gloss, pattern, grain, sheen, or finish matching is not guaranteed.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact SCV Garage Professionals and provide:
SCV Garage Professionals reserves the right to inspect the project before approving any warranty repair or replacement.
Failure to provide requested information, allow inspection, or follow recommended care and maintenance instructions may void warranty coverage.
Purchaser’s Exclusive Remedy and Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy against SCV Garage Professionals, whether in contract, warranty, statute, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
SCV Garage Professionals’ liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the project, contract, materials, installation, service, repair, or use of the products provided shall not exceed the cost of repair or replacement of the qualifying defective area, material, part, or component.
In no event shall SCV Garage Professionals be liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost income, lost profits, moving costs, storage costs, business interruption, personal injury, damage to property, or damage to personal belongings.
Disclaimer
This Express Limited Warranty is the only warranty given by SCV Garage Professionals with respect to the services, products, labor, and materials provided.
SCV Garage Professionals makes no other warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranty repairs or replacements do not restart, extend, or create a new warranty period. The original warranty period remains based on the original date of substantial completion.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
